Taking time to discuss and assure compliance with preventive health care measures, like mammograms, is crucial to the care of the women.         Dr. Glass is incredible, as always. When taken back for my apt, the medical assistant was not as considerate and didn't seem very knowledgeable. I choose to face away from the scale to not see my weight. The MA then announced my weight. When looking over my chart she was unable to pronounce a particular medicine and did not have any idea what it was (it was a common pain medicine -hydrocodone). While filling out my stats she then asked what my weight was from what she announced a few minutes prior. She just seemed a bit unprofessional and could use more training
