        Dr. Van Ess takes time to listen and hear what I say, which tells me he truly cares about my health concerns. I am grateful he is my doctor.

        Everything about the provider and the care was excellent. My only concern was the amount of time I had to wait. I had a hearing test and then had to wait 40 minutes before my appointment with Dr Van Ess. Then I waited another 30 minutes to see him. No complaint with Dr Van Ess but the waiting time was a bit much.
