Marlisa of course was amazing. I know it's a struggle to get in with her sometimes because there's such a high demand for her. My thing, like I told Marlisa at our visit, would just be get another nurse practitioner that is just as good as Marlisa and have her also available for when Marlisa cannot get you in.

I absolutely hate the call center and wish you would go back to letting us call our clinic directly where people who work there know us and know our situations. the call center is cold and impersonal
