    I have had wonderful experiences with various doctors , Nurse Practitioners, nurses and CNAs. This most recent experience was definitely positive. I only hope that Mercy recognizes the great job of all the staff, especially since that is what helps contribute to growth of the Mercy Hospital chain.

    My time with Melissa Pennington was so helpful. She was kind and thoughtful in her care for me. She did not rush me through the appointment and she listened carefully to all my concerns. She printed documents and gave me additional materials to take home as valuable resources.
