        I had sent a mercy message regarding a question, heard back quickly within an hour or two from a nurse who recommend we have our daughter reevaluated and made an appointment for about 30min after the call. I felt like my concerns were taken seriously and the staff listened. She was given a breathing treatment in office and improved. I felt like I was given the tools to feel more comfortable taking care of her at home. I felt that Dr. Koenig did a great job at explaining next steps and signs/symptoms to watch out for/seek medical care. He even called to check on her the following morning! Excellent.
