    DR Houser is great .But the whole mercy stinks . Can not talk directly to his nurse or him without going through all sorts of Dr Houser is great. I want to say the whole phone system system stinks. When I call my dr I want to talk with appointment person or dr, have to go through all this system. I dont like it thank you have a great day

    I have never had a problem in this office or medical staff that if I had any concerns or issues they would not be addressed to my sastisfaction.

    This was a situation where I did not have an appointment for the day of the visit but I had health concerns and Dr Houser made time to see me. He is such a wonder Doctor and I fear the day he retires
