Care Philosophy I’m an electrician of the heart. Sometimes, electricity travels through the heart in an abnormal way. My goal is to correct the heart’s electrical problems. Quality of life can be improved significantly by treating atrial fibrillation (AFib) aggressively. I like to help patients get back on their feet, so they can lead the life they want to live.

        Dr Kahanda was amazing. Kind, compassionate, and took the time to make sure that I understood everything, understood my options and work with me to come together for next steps in my care. The nurse that checked me in was awesome, and the nurse that did the scheduling for my ablation at the end, was amazing as well! Overall, one of the best experiences I've had at Mercy to date.
