    Told the nurse I had a hearing deficite and she continued with her back to me on the computer and I had to repeatedly ask her to repeat her questions and answers. Just a small thing but very frustrating to us both. I don't know if the scheduling problem was with the referring physician or the doctor I saw. Was very difficult to get the appointment scheduled. Mercy was very helpful in getting the Holter Monitor before my Dr. appointment so he would have it for review.

    All of the personnel were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They took the time to listen to my concerns and were very helpful.

    Long wait for paper work after Dr left. Almost 30 minutes.
