        The visit was very good and a success. Dr. Rukhman organized a 'mini-visit' with the diabetic dietitian, to talk about diet and exercise as a bonus. The medical assistant was caring and professional. Over all a good experience. Not sure why I have to fill out a new medical history every time I visit a doctor in the Mercy system, when it is already online with Mercy in my computer record. Competent and caring care at "Big Mercy."

        Every time I go there I'm treated like I'm the only patient she has. It's a great feeling.

        Was a very long wait for appointment. Was on emergency call list for opening but never called. I know as RN that this is expected with specialities but still hard when it is 6 months and need surgery.
