The whole process from the initial shoulder injury, has been extremely long. I have been suffering with pain from the injury for approximately 8 months. I realize there can be a process that must be followed. Part of the delays may have been my error. Although the physicians and all staff are exceptional I have just felt a disconnect over the past since the injury.

This is not a complaint, just a suggestion. It would have been nice to have received at least one call from my surgeon just to check up on me, or ask me if I had any concerns, or see how I was getting along. I knew I could call at any time with any concern, but to me that's not very personal.
