        It is not easy or fast to schedule an appt. at this facility. However I was pleased to be able to make an appt that same day. We did wait for almost 2 hrs to be seen. The doctor's aide was not gentle when sawbbing the nostrils and was frustruated about having a stroller on her way. Hope Mercy does better with scheduling appt. and wait time.

        I feel like the PA could've spent a little more time checking me out thoroughly. I have been very sick.
