        I explained I could have immense pain if I laid down. I did and required assistance to get up. But I felt as if I was required to do this on my own. It didn't feel much empathy. I was in so much pain when the doctor was providing his summary, I missed some of what he said. A nurse thoughtfully helped me out of the building. I'm thankful for the additional pain pill prescription but wish the injection appointment was sooner than 8 days. I already had severe pain for 17 days up to that point.
