        I was going to say that I feel like Dr. Thayer has the most calming demeanor, which was very, very helpful. Also, I talked to the nurse who called ahead for me and kind of referred me to you guys, and I heard that at first you really didn't have any openings, but that you guys fit me in. And I was in trouble, so I appreciate that. It meant a lot to me. It was a big deal. Thank you.
