Well, I went up there one time and the lady was, I don't know if she was trying to explain what was going on, but all I know is my son was sick and she was more worried about me paying it or something. I really don't care. I just wanted to know why she couldn't tell me, hey, we're going to get him in or what can we do about this? But because his sooner care lapsed over or something, but I got his sooner care back on. So it really don't matter. If a child is sick, you need to address that and not worry about what's going on elsewhere.
