        I was put off this time I went. I brought my child in for an injury. We waited 15 minutes after the scheduled time in the waiting room, then another 30 minutes in the room to see the NP. The NP sent us for x-rays on the injury and told us to hang around town due to not living close to the facility, for the x-ray results, and if she needed to come back to have a boot or not. It took 2 hours before we got the results back from the X-ray on the My Mercy app. We were told before we left the doctor's office the nurse or NP would contact us if we needed to come back or not. At 9:48 PM I never got a call back. We went home after receiving the results of the x-ray on the My Mercy app, where it was stated there wasn't a break in my child's bones. It would have been nice if someone from the office had contacted me and let me know and let us know what we needed to do further to get the injury healed.
