Robyn Johnson has been my care provider, my primary care provider for, gosh, five years. And she's always been amazing, super supportive, and always explained things really well, and treated me like a person. So I've always appreciated that. The only complaint, or not even really complaint, but just critique that I have is that the front desk, when I was checking out, could have been a little bit more courteous and a little bit more helpful. But other than that, I have had a great overall experience. Thank you.

I have had great experiences with Mercy in the past. However, the followup from this visit was not good. Robyn told me that she was giving me a steroid prescription, but it was never sent to the pharmacy. I called the office, never received a return call. Then I sent a message in MyMercy and still have not received a response.
