    Every one was super nice! They went above and beyond and even let him pick out a second "friend" for the turtle toy he picked out.

    The urology office was great! The rest of the Mercy Hospital experience was TERRIBLE!!!!! I was 15 minutes early and still ended up late to testing because of the terrible signage and not-helpful "help." The urology office had given directions to go to "Tests and Treatment " and there was no one there. I tried 8 different offices on the ground and "Tests and Treatment " 3 times and was rudely told to go to Quest, which was also not correct. The nice supervisor in the x-ray area finally helped us get to the correct locations and the ultrasound people were excellent, once we actually got there. The signage was deplorable; there was NO ONE at the information desks; and there's no indication where to go from "Tests and Treatments." I would not recommend this hospital to anyone!!!!
