I was disappointed that A) They had to give me a number to call to switch insurance and couldn't handle it at the desk B) They did not record my previous vaccination so now I have to find my card and upload it

When my husband went to pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy, they told him none were called in. The pharmacy was unable to get in touch with the physician and told my husband to come back later. It took another day to get the prescriptions called into the pharmacy after multiple calls to the office. Maybe a different system needs to be in place. This happened before with my daughter's antibiotics at this Mercy clinic.... Unable to reach anyone by phone with a question. We shouldn't have to run to the pharmacy multiple times in hopes the prescription was called in.
