    I sent a message through MyMercy and asked if I could have my bloodwork done early since I was fasting and my appointment was at 1:30. I never got an answer. I called and spoke with someone who said they would put the message through as "Urgent" so they would see it sooner. I waited and heard nothing and then I called again and they said the order had not been put through. When I asked the nurse about it at my appointment she hadn't ever been notified that she had a message. It was explained to me that the nurse or the doctor doesn't get a message in a timely manner, they do get them but they had not gotten it that day. This kind of issue needs to be handled better, in my opinion.
