    The doctor who treated me, despite being pregnant like me, was not empathetic or understanding during the appointment.

    I really appreciate how she took time to explain everything and really explained the benefits versus negatives and reassured me that my baby was going to be alright even if I decided to take the medications. She took her time and really heard everything I am struggling with. She even reached out to me fairly soon after leaving the office to let me know she already reached out to collaborate a plan with the psychiatrist which blew my mind! I appreciate the thoroughness that the RN went through anything and everything to make the doctor was well prepared for me, because I'm a complicated patient! I am reassured and more confident that this pregnancy will go by better now. I am happy to have a care team that cares so deeply and will go above and beyond even for just one person!

    I wish the care team would have paid more attention to my records and treated me as a person. I felt as if I were treated like I had no clue what was going on when in all reality this care team is the one who really doesn't have a clue what is going on. I would have liked it better had there been some compassion when I said that I was nervous about even being there for the appointment but instead it was just brushed off.
