        when you cancel my appointment, please do so with an actual phone call delivered by a living breathing human. I had scheduled an out of country trip around my original appointment only to receive a text 2 days before that it was cancelled. With no explanation. Thankfully the staff did the right thing and found 10 minutes for me to come in so I didn't have to reschedule pending flights. Your automated system is a 2/10 and incredibly impersonal.

        Dr Glass has always been professional, genuine, with an engaging personality, smiles, looks you in the eye and shows true compassion for me without fail every time I've had an appointment with him. Personally, he's the best Dr. I've ever had hands down. Thanks Dr. Glass!

        Dr. Glass was exceptionally nice. He explained my health in a way I could understand. He really cares about his patients. Dr. Glass's nurse was awesome too. The front desk ladies were very nice and helpful.
