    From initial diagnosis of my carpal tunnel issue to the stitches being taken out after surgery was around 7 months. Seems like a long time. I do realize it was not life threatening. But everything just seems to take forever to get appointments if anything out of the ordinary is diagnosed or suspicious. Other than this tremendous delay I would give the Mercy system high marks. The people for the most part are wonderful.

    Valerie, the physicians assistant, was excellent. She explained in detail the reasons for my symptoms in a way that made sense! I really appreciated her care. She had a great combination of professionalism and sense of concern!
