Dr. Vera Mikhailova is by far the best pediatrician we have ever had (and we have had some great pediatricians!). She takes the time to listen, evaluate our child, and explain the diagnosis and care plan. She is beyond brilliant, but is also able to communicate well with patients of any level. Our children have absolutely had better health outcomes and lives generally because of Dr. Vera. We are eternally grateful. We also appreciate the wonderful staff around her. We have been impressed when seeing the other care providers as well. They have a fantastic team!

Nurse was rude. She questioned why we were there since my child didn't have a UTI and we already had a referral to urology. She spoke to us rudely with an attitude.

With small children, especially a baby, it's hard to sit a small room for extended periods waiting for someone to come in for 15min and be done
