Mercy Home Health Jefferson has won a Silver award in the TMF Home Health Agency Quality Improvement Award program.
“Proven standards of care can save lives,” said Monica Rozier RN, BSN, and Administrator of Mercy Home Health Jefferson. “We will continue to enhance our quality improvement efforts through our collaboration with partners and with TMF Health Quality Institute to ensure that every person gets the right care at the right time, every time.”
The award recognizes home health agencies that have demonstrated excellence in health care quality through exceptional performance meeting national quality criteria.

TMF Health Quality Institute sponsors the Home Health Agency Quality Improvement Award program in partnership with the Home Care Association of Arkansas, Oklahoma Association for Home Care and Hospice, Missouri Alliance for Home Care and the Texas Association for Home Care and Hospice.
