Becker's Five-Star Rating

Mercy Specialty Hospital — Southeast Kansas has been recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of the best hospitals for patient experience in the Midwest, one of only 78 to make the list.

Using data from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services’ Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems, or HCAHPS, Becker’s assessed those 78 hospitals as five-star providers. Mercy Specialty Hospital was the only one in the Southwest Missouri and Southeast Kansas area to earn the honor.
