We’re here to protect your health. And your security.

Recently, health care has seen a sharp increase in the number of health care-related phone and internet scams. Often, scammers tell patients they’re eligible for a refund and request a credit card number to process payment.

Mercy will NEVER ask you for a credit card number to refund a payment.

If you receive a call or email like this, please tell your care provider immediately or call (855) 420-7900 for more information.
