As part of our healing ministry, Mercy Pittsburg is committed to providing quality health care to all our patients, regardless of their financial situation. Mercy provides this assistance to patients to cover the costs of necessary care based on need, as determined by the Federal Poverty Guidelines, which consider household income and family size. If you apply and are eligible, you'll pay what insured patients pay.

- Personal assistance with payment plan. Mercy can help you set up a payment plan for any balances that remain after receiving your financial assistance discount. Call Mercy Customer Service at 844-962-7474 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CT or through PersonaPay.

If you're uninsured, before applying for financial assistance from Mercy, you must find out if you're eligible for Medicaid. Please call our Medicaid Eligibility Screening team at 844-962-7474. If you're eligible, we'll help you apply for Medicaid.
