Cancer Screening and Early Detection

Cancer screening can greatly improve the odds of early detection, which is key to successful treatment. Mercy Cancer Center - Washington Patients First Drive offers a variety of the latest screening options that can detect cancer at early stages.

In addition to standard screenings for breast, colon, lung and skin cancer, Mercy offers a Multi-Cancer Early Detection (MCED) test. This screening can detect more than 50 types of cancer, including aggressive and often fatal types, using a simple blood sample. It can also detect cancers that currently have no recommended tests available.
