Our clinic is a collaboration among multiple physician providers, including orthopedic surgeons – when needed, primary care physicians, athletic trainers and therapists, all working to maximize active living.
Sports Medicine Services
Our Arkansas sports medicine physicians provide various services, including the following.
- Acute injuries - ankle sprains, muscle strains, and knee & shoulder injuries
- Overuse injuries - rotator cuff, tendonitis, stress fractures
- Medical and injection therapies for osteoarthritis or acute inflammation
- Care of sports-related medical needs of athletes or those wanting to maintain an active lifestyle
- Sport-related concussion (mild traumatic brain injury)
- Coordinating care with other members of the sports medicine team including athletic trainers, physical therapists, personal physicians, other medical and surgical specialties, and other ancillary personnel of specialty care and rehabilitation
