In an effort to supply our patients with the as much quality information as possible we have compiled an independent list of educational resources. This list of resources will be beneficial to both our patients and their loved ones.

General Questions

Q: How do I obtain my lab results and pap smear results?
A: Your physician will call you with all results when available. If you do not receive a phone call within one week of a lab test, please call the office.

Q: How can I reach the physician on-call after hours and on weekends?
A: If you have an emergency that requires immediate help, please call 911 and go to the nearest emergency room.

For all non-urgent issues such as prescription refills or basic questions, please call the office during regularly scheduled hours at 636-238-3754.

For urgent issues after hours, your call will automatically be forwarded to our exchange who will then contact the physician on-call.

Q: How do I prepare for my appointment?
A: For your convenience, the New Patient forms located on the left side bar, can be downloaded and filled out prior to your appointment to save time. If previous records need to be reviewed by your physician, please request these records from your previous provider one to two weeks prior to your visit. Please call the office if running late or having questions or concerns. We will do our best to accommodate.

Pregnancy Questions

Q: Who will deliver my baby?
A: At Mercy Clinic Women’s Health, you will meet and be cared for by all four female physicians during your prenatal care. One of the four partners will be present for your delivery.

Q: Where will my baby be delivered?
A: We deliver at Mercy Hospital St. Louis, where you will have access to the area’s premier birthing unit, neonatal intensive care unit and anesthesia services. Mercy boasts over 8000 deliveries per year, the most in the state, while delivering personalized and individualized care to each patient. They are fully equipped for any emergent situation that arises and also cater to a multitude of low intervention birth plans.
