While diabetes is a lifelong condition, you can learn to manage it. Mercy Diabetes and Nutrition Center - Pinnacle Hills is here to help make living with diabetes easier for you. Mercy Diabetes Education is a nationally recognized program and provides the most current information. We also provide diabetes prevention education for those at risk for diabetes. Our staff includes nurses and registered dietitians who are certified diabetes educators. We offer:
