Our goal at Mercy Hospice - Tower West is to provide every patient with the highest quality of life possible. At the heart of hospice is a dedicated interdisciplinary group. Together, we create a warm and compassionate atmosphere where patients can be among family and friends.

Hospice is fully covered by Medicare, Medicaid and most private health insurance plans. Most plans cover nursing, medications, supplies and equipment related to the hospice diagnosis. Mercy Hospice staff will assist patients and their families in identifying maximum benefits from their insurance resources. For those with no resources, hospice staff will help identify other options.
Our service areas include Sebastian, Crawford, Franklin, Scott and Logan counties serving a 50-mile radius.
Our office hours are 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. daily but to contact our 24-hour Hospice on-call care, call 479-573-3866.
Terminal illness does not mean “giving up.” Hospice brings a new kind of hope – the hope for dignity and comfort. When a terminal illness has been diagnosed (life expectancy less than six months), and cure-oriented treatment is no longer being pursued, hospice is an option. Hospice is appropriate when quality of life is your priority.
Mercy Hospice is able to deliver care in the areas we serve. Through our family of dedicated health care professionals, paraprofessionals, support staff and volunteers, we provide expert and compassionate home care services.
