As a Mercy patient, you’re connected to an entire team of physicians, specialists and other medical staff throughout Mercy. That means you’ll have access to highly specialized care when needed, including a dedicated heart hospital and two children’s hospitals. These providers are also supported by a full range of leading-edge diagnostic laboratory and imaging services, to ensure technical accuracy for better health outcomes.

As of October 1, 2023, Perry County Health System’s portal was replaced by MyMercy+. MyMercy+ is a free online health management tool, available to all Mercy patients. It’s the simplest, most convenient way to stay in touch with your Mercy care team, request an appointment, renew a prescription, see lab results and more, anytime or anywhere.
To use MyMercy+, you will need to create a new account. Any new records generated, on or after October 1, 2023, will be included in the Mercy electronic health record system and will be accessible to providers everywhere within Mercy’s four-state service area, including Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas.
