The Mercy Infusion Center – Chippewa provides short- and long-term infusion therapy to patients in a relaxed, comfortable setting. It is conveniently located next to Mercy Clinic Oncology and Hematology on Chippewa in South St. Louis.
Mercy Infusion Center - Chippewa has a specially trained staff of physicians, nurses and social services. It also offers direct pharmacy access and advanced safety enhancements to ensure that the right doses of medicine are given at the right times to the right patient.
The Center is designed to provide therapy to patients who do not require hospitalization, who may not qualify for home care services or who just prefer the ease and convenience of an outpatient location for their infusion needs.
Patients may bring a friend with them to their infusion treatment, but children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the treatment room to prevent exposure to hazardous drugs.
