The Pilates Method of body conditioning is an exercise system focused on conditioning the body to improve flexibility, balance,strength and endurance of the core, arms and legs. Emphasis is placed on the spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing and developing a strong core or center.
This method helps promote physical harmony and balance for people of all ages and physical conditions while providing a refreshing and energizing workout. Class size is limited to 12 participants. Our certified instructor has studied more than 800 hours in the authenic Joseph Pilates method.
Practice Hatha yoga to help enhance your relaxation or exercise program in this eight-week course. Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice. Yoga is known for its benefits of improving flexibility, strength and balance; improve mood and anxiety; reduction in low back pain and improve concentration.
