- Just Starting Out - F newly or recently diagnosed individuals with MS, Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m.
- Staying On Course - Support group for those living with MS for some time, Thursdays at 11:15 a.m.
- Seasoned Travelers - Support group for those living with MS for a lengthy period of time, Tuesdays at 11:15 a.m.
- Care Partners - Support group for family and friends who support a loved one with MS, Wednesdays at 3 p.m.
