Executive Wellness Services

Mercy's Executive Wellness program is a complete survey of your overall health. With a focus on preventive medicine, this service is much more than a standard yearly checkup. Using a combination of screenings, counseling and assessments, Executive Wellness can help detect potential health challenges before they appear.

We understand the toll a busy life can take on your body. That's why we've designed our Executive Wellness program for busy professionals. Our services take into consideration the demands of high-pressure jobs. With this knowledge, we can offer better solutions tailored to your lifestyle.

The Rising Importance of Precision Medicine

Executive Wellness is a branch of Precision Medicine, an exciting and fast-growing area of medicine focused on preventive care. It's centered around the understanding that no two people are the same. So their care shouldn't be the same either.

By taking into account things like age, DNA, environmental factors and more, we can tailor a treatment plan specifically to your needs. Precision Medicine is rapidly changing how we provide care, leading to better health outcomes and quality of life for more people.

Why Choose Executive Wellness at Mercy?

Our Executive Wellness program is completely tailored to your needs. Following a few stress-free screenings, you'll receive a packet containing results that provide a complete picture of your overall health. This packet will also contain a personalized treatment plan that includes:

  • Exercise recommendations
  • Nutrition tips for healthy eating
  • Vitamin and supplement guidance
  • Stress management techniques
  • General wellness advice
  • Follow-up care

All Executive Wellness services are provided at Mercy Center for Performance Medicine and Specialty Care in St. Louis. This means you'll be able to take care of multiple health care needs at one convenient location, usually in a single visit.

Multi-Cancer Early Detection Test

The Multi-Cancer Early Detection (MCED) test is a simple blood test that can detect more than 50 types of cancer, including many aggressive, often fatal types. The earlier cancer is found, the higher the chances are of successful treatment and survival.

Hereditary Cancer Testing

If you have a family history of cancer, it's possible that you've inherited specific changes, or mutations, to your genes. These mutations have been linked to certain cancers. Genetic testing uses a blood sample to determine your risk level for these hereditary cancers.

Pharmacogenomics

Pharmacogenomics is the study of how your DNA affects your response to certain drug treatments. We're able to study your DNA at the molecular level. This helps us predict your body's likely response to medication, resulting in more accurate dosing and fewer negative side effects.

Integrative Medicine Treatments

Integrative medicine focuses not only on your physical health but also on your spiritual and mental health, using complementary treatments and therapies. In our Executive Wellness program, you'll receive a 30-minute whole health massage to relieve any stress and recenter your focus.
