The cost for Mercy’s Executive Wellness service is $2500.
No, we do not bill insurance for the Executive Wellness Program, but we can use corporate billing if the cost is to be covered by your employer. If additional services are recommended following your visit, these may be covered under your health insurance plan and would be subject to the standard plan benefits and rules.
Payment is expected at time of service. We accept electronic payments via credit, debit or FSA/HSA account cards.
Care is provided by our Precision Medicine team comprised of nurse practitioners, registered nurses and an overseeing primary care doctor with expertise in Precision Medicine.
If you have a Mercy primary care doctor, they will be able to see all the results along with notes from the Precision Medicine team and suggestions for any follow-up care. If you don’t have a Mercy primary care doctor, you'll have the option to complete a release of information to release your records to your doctor.
Yes, the information will be available to patients in MyMercy. There will be a follow-up call three weeks after the day of the exam to review all the outside labs and to review any required follow-up needed related to these.
The Precision Medicine team will coordinate any care needed as a follow-up from this exam in partnership with your doctor.
Executive Wellness visits are done on Tuesdays, beginning at 7:30 a.m. We’ll coordinate all your services so you can move seamlessly within our facility to complete the various steps. We’ll provide breakfast and you’ll be done by 12:30 p.m.
Mercy’s Executive Wellness services are conveniently located in St. Louis in our Center for Performance Medicine.
