Depending on your geographic location and specific health needs, you may be eligible for support through our Mercy Mobile Health program. As part of this program, a member of the Mercy Mobile Health team will come out to your home to check in on your overall health status and provide care if needed. If eligible, a Mobile Health team member will contact you via telephone to schedule a visit.
Currently, this program is only available to patients in the following geographic regions:
- St. Louis and surrounding regional area
- Springfield and surrounding regional area
Mobile Health Services may include:
- Check vital signs (e.g., heart rate, blood pressure, lung/heart sounds)
- Complete certain lab tests (e.g., basic metabolic panel, blood glucose, urinalysis)
- Administer certain IV medications based on your needs (e.g., antibiotics, diuretics, fluids, steroids)
- Verify medications/new prescriptions
- Perform an environmental assessment (e.g., fall risks, food/medication availability, working heating/cooling)
- Other procedures as indicated by your Mercy Care Team
