Mercy Clinic Family Medicine-HealthTracks provides compassionate comprehensive medical care for the entire family, including Mercy Kids. Our services include Physical and Sports Exams, Treatment of Illnesses-Acute and Chronic, Well Child Exams/Immunizations, Treatment of Injuries, Fracture Management, and Suturing, Lab and X-ray available on site. We stress patient education. Our physicians and staff will answer your questions and concerns about your family’s health.

Sat | 8 a.m. - noon
While our care team is still available to answer your medical concerns 24/7, we're extending our phone hours for non-medical needs, too. Call to schedule an appointment, request refills and more during our extended phone hours. Or use your MyMercy app or mercy.net anytime.
Before you go to the ER, call your primary care office nights and weekends for guidance from a full Mercy care team.
