Dr Lottes is a great Dr. She listens and is so helpful. I have been having an issue with burning in my chest and have been to the heart dr, pulmonary dr and GI dr. Today she looked back and found something that was helpful from 2016 and may actual cause the issue. I sent this report over to the GI doctor. I cannot tell you how happy I am to have found her.

Dr Lottes listens to you intently and helps with finding solutions. She helped me with my medications today. She is a great doctor and I amlucky to have her for my primary care doctor.

I just want to say that I have been very, very satisfied with Dr. Ann Lottes and also her staff and the receptionist in the front has always been very polite and manly. And I have never had to wait any long length of time. I do appreciate the clinic there, Mercy Clinic on Zumbehl. Thank you.
