Care PhilosophyThere's a lot of instant gratification for what I do. A patient walks into the procedure room with a problem and they walk out fixed. There's a lot of reward to that.

Only one person in your staff was not very professional in my opinion. The lady that scheduled my CAT scan appointment. Not explaining it to me properly. She was more worried about setting up my next appointment next year with Dr Coverstone, which could've been done in a couple months after I see the nurse practitioner. The sad thing is I felt like she just didn't wanna be there.
