    Elaine Luna was excellent. She listened to my concerns and offered answers and insights to assist in better understanding my condition. She also provided medicine to assist with my chest congestion and cough, which I greatly appreciated. She was personable, upbeat, and easy to talk with. I thank her for her professionalism and "bedside manner".
