I greatly respect Dr. Compton and I'm grateful for the thoughtful and commonsense approach he has brought to providing medical care during the years I've seen him. However, I'm worried about his health and his ability to provide that same quality of care going forward. During my brief appointment yesterday, he seemed to labor to move, to breathe, to speak. I'm concerned for him and I'm sure I'm not the only patient who has noticed the change.
