I had to go online to be able to book a reasonable appointment with the Nurse Practitioner I wanted. The call center you use is ridiculous. I can never get an appointment with a Dr when calling in thru the call center. I have to go on line and leave a message when it is important for myself or my husband to see the DOCTOR. It was much better run and organized when we could call direct to the Dr's Office!! However, my experience with Karen Gross/ Nurse Practitioner was great. She is always very thorough and takes the time to listen. Has been very helpful as I am recovering from Covid and other issues. Please reconsider this call center as many people in our community that I have talked to "Hate it". All you can get appointments with thru the Call Center are the Nurse Practitioners / never the Doctor!!
