        I always appreciate the thoughtfulness and professionalism shown when I'm there. Each person does their part in making the process flow. Even when there are unexpected delays, the team lets you know what's happening. I feel cared for when I'm there. And the follow up calls and messages in 'My Chart' are very helpful.

        My experience at the Mercy Division Clinic did not disappoint. The staff were courteous, professional and personable. Dr. Kramer was thorough and kind did a good job of addressing all the issues and concerns.
