I had to wait for quite awhile. Dr Hirsch was very apologetic about it, but I know the department is short of Dr.'s and it was understandable. But with over a two hour wait that needs to be addressed. Thankful we have a great Dr like Dr. Hirsch in Springfield, just hope we can keep him here!

Every time we come here it takes hours to go through your system. Waiting as long as 3 hours. Your doctors are over scheduling patients. We're happy with doctor and staff but wait times are ridiculous.

I live 50 miles away. I called with questions about needing a driver for the procedure to be done on my eye, and was told that I would not need a driver if I stayed in town a few hours to rest my eyes before driving. I drove the mileage to the eye center only to find out I needed a driver. I was disappointed in having spent the money for gas and my time to have to reschedule for a driver. It would've been nice to know before driving the distance a driver was needed.
