Waited over 2 hours to see Dr. Hirsch past my scheduled appointment time. This seems to happen with every appointment I have at the Mercy Eye Clinic. Everyone there complains about the excessive wait time and have complained for years. The quality of care is good but the wait time is terrible.

It is obvious they are over booking the doctor. The waiting room is always full, i choose to stand in the hallway instead of trying to fit in the closed space of his waiting area. The waiting area across the hall was full too. Took 53 minutes for first contact. This is not the fault of the doctor. Then back to the waiting area. Once I saw the doctor it went quickly. Luckily since my eyes are stable I have been returned to my optometrist for the next 2 years. Many of the patients are physically challenged and wait times are difficult for them. Love the doctor and staff but not the facility or over booking practices.

The wait time was absolutely ridiculous. It took me two hours and 45 minutes before I got to see anyone at all. Otherwise, everything was great.
