When I call the doctor's office why can't I speak to the receptionist directly. Are played several hours of phone tag and nonsense this was frustrating. My whole day wasted because I had to sit by the phone waiting for a call back. It took them 3 hours to finally tell me to say see a nurse practitioner.

I had an urgent medical problem. I called. They work me in within an hour of my call took care of my entire problem. I can't ask her anymore than that. They write a polite, courteous and professional.

Everything was okay except you need to get the parking area, you need to get the, what do you call it, I can't think of it, where people park your cars. Shame to see all these old people walking around in the rain. Yeah, it really is sad. That's the only thing I ever get to play, okay? Goodbye.
