Anyone over age 15 can set up a MyMercy+ account.

Absolutely. You may set up Proxy Access, which allows you to access another person’s MyMercy+ record and manage their health care.

For example, you can become a proxy for your child so you can schedule their appointments, check immunizations, view test results and more, as permitted by state and federal law.

Or, with permission, you may view a spouse’s, older parent’s or relative's information maintained in their MyMercy+ health care record. This can be particularly helpful in monitoring medications and appointments.

MyMercy+ makes it easy to manage care for you and everyone you care for. Learn more about setting up proxy access here.

Mercy offers real-time, online support for MyMercy and MyMercy+. After accessing our support portal, you’ll be asked for the name and email address you used to create your MyMercy account. If you provide it, your user ID will be sent to your designated email.

First, make sure your phone is running the latest operating system. Next, see instructions for resetting your password for login here. Or get real-time assistance on our online support portal. You’ll be asked for your user ID and date of birth. Then we’ll walk you through the steps for resetting your password.
